## What is never paywalled

Opening a large file and rendering it faithfully are in the free tier and stay
there. There is no file-size cap on any plan, including Personal. That is a product
rule rather than an introductory offer.

## Two boundaries worth knowing before you buy

1. **No Google imagery.** Google's satellite imagery and its historical imagery
archive are licensed data that no third party can legally reproduce or proxy.
OpnEarth ships open and commercially licensable imagery and elevation, and lets
you mount your own. If Google's specific imagery is essential, OpnEarth does not
   replace it.
2. **Not a GIS.** Geoprocessing, topology editing and projection work are outside
   what it does.
